Great location near the lively old town and away from the noise of the bars. Attentive and helpful staff at reception and room service. Stylish and modern atmosphere with attention to customer service. Lovely cafe bar attached to the hotel. Comfortable and clean rooms with nice touches like personalized notes and chocolates. Nice bathroom with a beautiful shower and high-quality toiletries.

Limited options for a good normal restaurant in the area that caters to locals rather than just tourists. Awkward access by car with no waiting places on the busy main road.

I recently stayed at this venue and I was impressed by how well-located this hotel is. It was just a few steps away from the main shopping areas, and even closer to the heart of the old town. I could easily walk to everything I wanted to visit. My stay was extremely comfortable too, thanks to the amazing service provided by the staff. They were quick at room service, always ensuring that my room was spotless clean and I had everything I needed. Moreover, I was pleasantly surprised when I received a welcome drink upon my arrival.

I definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

My river view room at Tayko was spacious with a huge comfortable bed. The bathroom had high-quality toiletries and a beautiful shower. The best part was the daily surprise of two delicious macarons and a drinks voucher waiting for me. The patri restaurant breakfast was excellent too. I recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay, location was perfect to walk to many attractions and restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and had a beautiful view. We also enjoyed the amenities and the cleanliness of the hotel.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with freshly baked pastries that were out of this world. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the old town and visit the Guggenheim. The room was beautifully decorated and came with luxurious L'Occitane toiletries. As guests with disabilities, we appreciated the facilities and amenities that catered to our needs.

We felt completely relaxed during our stay and had no complaints.
